If you are willing to share your hard-won knowledge, insights and experiences at the cutting edge intersection of legal and technology, then the ALTACON Committee invites you to submit an abstract of your proposed presentation for consideration as part of the ALTACON 21 program.
We are seeking abstracts for punchy 15 minute, TED-style presentations on topics related to the “Understanding LegalTech” and “Using LegalTech” pillars of ALTA’s Learning & Development framework of interest to lawyers from law firms, in-house legal and the broader legal community.
We are also seeking abstracts for 30 minute stream sessions targeted specifically for either delegates from law firms or in-house legal. These sessions should provide a deeper opportunity to explore topics relating to legal + technology innovation for either audience, and provide insights based on the experiences of law firms or legal departments.
ALTA will provide a complimentary delegate pass to attend the in-person conference at the W Hotel in Melbourne for all successful presenters. Please note, presenters must be willing to cover their own travel and accommodation costs as ALTA cannot afford to pay speaker fees. Presenters will also feature in ALTA’s social media campaign promoting #ALTACON and will be invited to contribute a blog post on a topic related to their presentation for ALTA’s blog.
Submissions close on Friday 5 February 2021 and will be evaluated by the Committee. Successful submissions will be confirmed in February 2021. The Committee’s decision is final and only successful applicants will be contacted.
