We understand that things change and you may need to cancel your ticket.
All cancellations must be in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations received in writing more than thirty days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received in writing between 15 to 30 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the ticket price.
No refund will apply if you cancel 14 days or less prior to the event.
You may transfer your ticket to another person in your organisation by contacting us on the above email address at no charge up to 7 days prior to the event. For transfers within 7 days of the event a $20 administration charge will apply.
