What will happen if the in-person conference and expo at the W Hotel has to be cancelled?

If ALTA has to cancel the in-person conference and legal tech expo at ALTACON 21 for reasons beyond its control (like government orders relating to the management of COVID-19 pandemic), then ALTACON 21 will proceed as a virtual event only.  No refunds will be offered – however, in-person delegates will receive two tickets for the virtual conference, so they and a colleague or client can attend the virtual event and access the content on-demand after the event.

What happens if I can no longer attend ALTACON 21 for whatever reason?

If you are no longer able to attend the in-person or virtual ALTACON 21,  you may transfer your ticket to another person in your organisation or to a client of your firm by contacting us at no charge up to 14 days prior to the event. No ticket transfers will be made after this date. No refunds will be offered.

After this date, if you are unable to attend ALTACON 21, you will be able to access to content from ALTACON 21 on-demand, even if you cannot attend on the day.  No refunds will be offered.
