Anna Golovsky is the Executive Manager for Legal and Company Secretariat Operations at IAG. Anna is responsible for leading and driving change in the legal and company secretariat function across Australia and New Zealand through initiatives designed to achieve best practice in operations, legal service delivery, technology and management of legal service providers. Previously Anna was the Head of Operations, for the Legal and Governance team at AMP.
Anna’s legal career included almost 20 years in private practice with global firms King & Wood Mallesons in Australia and Clifford Chance in London. Having gained significant commercial legal experience in procurement, technology and outsourcing transactions, Anna moved in-house in 2013.
Anna is co-chair of the Australian Chapter of CLOC (the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) and has a passion and commitment for driving change and innovation in the delivery of legal services.
