Joshua started his career in institutional finance with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He later helped found a private office venture fund focused on early-stage investments, where he focused on deal making, growth, and advising the portfolio. As a member of the New York Bar, Josh has an incredible respect for the legal profession. Noticing a platform void in the industry, he founded Theorem LTS with a passion for marketplace transformation through innovative tech solutions and promoting a legal framework for growth.
