Simon is a partner in the corporate team at Lander & Rogers in Melbourne. Alongside that, Simon is heavily involved in the innovation agenda at Lander & Rogers and has been the lead in establishing an innovation education agenda for staff and clients. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Simon was one of the founding partners of Hive Legal. He has extensive experience across the spectrum of corporate transactions, including equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well as general corporate advisory, as well as designing and implementing innovative solutions to assist clients with their legal and commercial outcomes. He is also on the advisory board to the LawTech Hub by Lander & Rogers and powered by YBF Ventures.
